In order for us to consider you as a reseller, you must have one order in your name at full retail price.  Other sites that you order for other people (your clients) will be sold to you at reseller prices.  Please contact us at sales@chainreactionweb.com for more information about becomming a reseller.

We support you on behalf of your cusotmer.  You are their point of contact.  If they are having a cart issue or a hosting issue, you would be the one to alert us by email or live chat and explain the issue to us.  Your customer is not our direct customer unless you request for us to deal with them.  We can note it in your order that it is OK for us to deal with them directly.  Please ask more questions about this policy if you need further info.
